Abnormal problem
Sterilization methods are commonly used in hospitals

High temperature sterilization:

1, pressure steam sterilization: exhaust and pre-vacuum two kinds of boiler

2, dry heat sterilization

Low temperature sterilization:

1, ethylene oxide sterilization (EO)

2, hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilization

3, low temperature formaldehyde sterilization

Product categories

Pressure steam sterilization indicator tape (with approval)

Pressure steam sterilization instruction label (with approval)

Plasma Sterilization Chemical Indicator Card (no approval required)

Special adhesive tape for medical packing (no approval required)

Pressure Steam Sterilization Chemical Indicator Card (to be approved)

Ethylene oxide sterilization indicator tape (not approved)

BD test paper and BD bag

Structure of tape, label and card

Instruction: Ink

Base material: paper

glue

Spacer paper (release paper)

USES:

1. It is used to mark whether the package has been treated in the pressure steam sterilization process.

2. If the discoloration is uneven or incomplete, it can be suggested that the package has not been treated with qualified sterilization.

3, can record sterilization information (operator, sterilization period, package name, etc.)

Definition and use of indication cards in pressure steam sterilization kits

This product is a rectangular paper structure, printed with thermal dyes, composed of card, standard color block and indicator color block. The pressure steam sterilization indicator card is placed in the center of the package to be sterilized. After one sterilization cycle (132℃,3min), the color depth of the indicating color block on the card reaches or is deeper than that of the standard color block, indicating that the temperature reached and the temperature duration have met the requirements for sterilization. If it is lighter than the standard color block, it means that the temperature and temperature duration of action do not meet the requirements of sterilization. For packages that "do not meet the sterilization requirements", they cannot be used and should be re-sterilized.

Plasma sterilization chemical indications card

This product is a rectangular paper structure, printed with thermal dyes, composed of card, standard color block and indicator color block. Place the indicator card in the center of the package to be sterilized, and after one sterilization cycle, the color depth of the indicator color block on the card reaches or is deeper than that of the standard color block, indicating that the required conditions for sterilization have been met; If the color is lighter than the standard, it indicates that it does not meet the requirements of sterilization. For packages that "do not meet the sterilization requirements", they cannot be used and should be re-sterilized.

Suitable for low temperature plasma sterilizer

Brief introduction to BD test paper and BD package

Monitor the vacuum level and check for air leakage in the sterilizer

It is suitable for pre-vacuum sterilization pot. It can be used before sterilization operation every day

Placing position: above the sterilizing furnace exhaust air port

General requirements for tapes, labels, and cards

Appearance: indicating the ink is light yellow, clear and neat; The product is clean and the rubber surface is smooth and uniform.

Specification: Nominal width ±0.5mm; Length ≥ nominal value;

Viscosity: holding viscosity ≥8h:180° peel strength ≥5N/25mm

Tensile strength :≥50 N/25mm

Discoloration performance: the pre vacuum pressure steam (132 | 3) ℃, 3 ~ 6 min or discharge try to pressure steam (121 + 3) ℃, 20 min, indicating ink from light yellow to black;

Storage: Store in a dry and cool place at room temperature (10-30 ℃), avoid direct sunlight and acid-alkaline environment.

Indicates the cause of abnormal ink discoloration

Abnormal phenomena: no discoloration or shallow discoloration, uneven discoloration.

Causes of abnormality:

1. The local sterilization parameters of the sterilizer do not meet the requirements. The possible reasons are that the package is too large and too tight, the partial loading is too tight or a small amount of cold air remains in the package.

2, manufacturers of ink problems

3, the manufacturer is not uniform when printing ink

Sterilization effect monitoring method

Physical monitoring

The chemical monitoring

Biological monitoring

Combine the above methods

Chemical monitoring of sterilization quality

Chemical monitoring requirements:

Outside the package: indicating tape or indicating label should be used outside the package of each item to be sterilized. After one sterilization cycle, the color change should be observed to indicate whether it has been sterilized.

Inside the package: use a chemical indicator card, place it in the most difficult part to sterilize, and determine whether it meets the requirements of sterilization by observing the color change of the chemical indicator.

B-D test: it is suitable for the pre-vacuum sterilization pot. It is carried out before the sterilization operation every day. It can be used after monitoring the vacuum level and checking whether the sterilizer is qualified for air leakage

Application combination of packing tape and indicator tape, label and card

The first: sealing tape + package indicating label + package indicating card;

The second type: sealing tape + outside indicating tape + inside indicating card

The third kind: outside the package indicating tape + inside the package indicating card

What is Self Seal Sterilization Pouches

self seal sterilization pouches  is carried out in hospitals and medical or surgical sterilization manufacturing plants. Most packaging must be sterile when delivered to the end user. Medical self seal sterilization pouches provides protective envelopes for sterilization to protect against sterilization during disinfection, transportation, storage and delivery to the final home. Medical self seal sterilization pouches can assemble and secure several sterilization items required for a given surgical procedure and be ready for operation.   The term "sterilization" covers a wide range of products. A cotton ball, a cotton swab, and a tongue spatula are examples of "treatable products." Use them once and throw them away." Use once is not a synonym for cheap. Some very expensive sterilizations, such as dialysis filters, are themselves too fragile to be cleaned and reused after sterilization. To save costs, reuse is desirable. Most medical sterilization, such as sci

Reference Standard For Seal Verification of Sterilization Pouches For Medical Devices

With the increasing demand for  sterilization pouches  of medical devices, quality and safety inspection have become more and more stringent. sterilization pouches of medical devices (blister box +  tyvek roll  material,  sterilization paper bag , etc.) as a form of packaging directly in contact with the device and used to block microorganisms. No matter what form of packaging, it has two characteristics, which can meet the sterilization operation and remain sterile until the transportation conditions are used. Therefore, relevant departments began to focus on the review requirements of sterile packaging and make specific requirements for its performance and quality.   As we all know, GB/ t19633-2005 "packaging of ultimately sterilized medical devices" is one of the authoritative standards in the current sterile packaging standards. It is equivalent to iso11607-2003 "packaging of ultimately sterilized medical devices". Clarify the basic performance requirements of s

If You Think Your Pouch is Just a Pouch, Wait Until You Read This

Do you know what self sealing sterilization pouches are? If not, then read on to learn more about these amazing products. A self-sealing sterilization pouch is a bag that can be sealed and opened with one hand and contains an atmosphere that will destroy bacteria and other microorganisms in the bag's contents.   Self seal sterilization pouches   have been used for decades in hospitals worldwide because they offer excellent protection against contamination of medical instruments, surgical equipment, or pharmaceuticals during transport or storage. When self sealing sterilization pouches are used to package medical devices or pharmaceuticals, the self seal sterilization pouch provides a barrier that protects these products against moisture and contamination during shipping. This helps ensure that when your customers use them in their procedures, they will be safe for patient care. What do you truly understand about the sterilization pouches you use? What should you be aware of? What
